Takenaka Corporation Co., Ltd. has announced the 5th installment of its sustainability-themed talk event series “Collab Meeting,” to be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at BankPark YOKOHAMA — a cultural exchange hub utilizing a historic building in Naka Ward, Yokohama.
The theme is “Resource Circulation and the City: A Private Sector Perspective.” The event will offer a preview of the Asia-Pacific Circular Cities Forum (APCC Forum), set to make its Yokohama debut on September 3–4, 2026, spotlighting sessions from the forum that bring together cities and companies committed to the circular economy, and showcasing cutting-edge initiatives from the private sector. Yu Kato (加藤佑), Representative Director of Article Inc., which operates Circular Yokohama, will participate as moderator.

Engaged in both research and practice around resource circulation in architecture. Recently inspired by the potential for resource circulation in everyday life across Southeast Asia.

Takuki Omura (大村拓輝) | Executive Officer, Recotechnology Co., Ltd.
Driving the social implementation of pool — a resource circulation data infrastructure — with the goal of transforming major consumption hubs into major supply hubs.

Yuko Omori (大森悠子) | Sustainability Director, Tetra Pak Japan Ltd.
Joined Tetra Pak Japan in 2005 and has held her current position since 2021. Works to promote the recycling of paper-based packaging through negotiations with related companies and organizations, as well as advocacy efforts with government bodies.
