[Oct. 21] Building a Circular City: An Urban Resource Circulation Model Starting from Relationships vol.2

What cities need for resources to circulate may not just be things and systems, but the “relationships” between people.

On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, the second session of “Building a Circular City: An Urban Resource Circulation Model Starting from Relationships,” a session series by CURULY LAB — a co-creation platform advancing the circular economy — will be held at Sta.R (Station R), a circular culture creation hub located at Hoshikawa Station on the Sotetsu Main Line.

The theme for this session is: “Urban Rules for Comfortable Engagement: Designing Relationships That Keep Circulating.”

Sometimes, connections that arise by chance in a city continue in a surprisingly comfortable way.
In this event, participants will reflect on relationships in their own lives that “somehow just kept going,” explore the conditions that allow relationships to continue naturally rather than out of obligation, and work together to articulate those conditions in ways that can be applied to their own communities.

The second half will feature casual conversation over light refreshments. Anyone interested in towns and local communities, resource circulation, dialogue, and creating spaces for co-creation is warmly welcome to join.
