New Project Added: Yokoyoko Project
- On 2020/4/23
We have added a new circular project “Yokoyoko Project” in our database. The project is a local-for-local project led by Yokohama city and Yokohama-cho in Aomori prefecture as part of “Zero Carbon Yokohama” initiative. The goal of the project is to provide renewable energy generated in Yokohama-cho for the local companies in Yokohama city.
As of April in 2020, 15 companies in Yokohama city are using the renewable energy provided from Yokohama-cho, and one of them is the ocean liner “Hikawamaru” which is displayed in Minatomirai as the landmark of the area. For more information, check the project page on this website.
